WHAT IS VEDRAS?

We are interested in ideas worth inheriting.
Every generation receives a past.
But inheritance is not repetition.
Vedras returns to Indian stories that have travelled through centuries, finds the ideas within them that still hold meaning, and gives them new form.
The story is inherited.
The interpretation is not.

We think life should hold more than that.

Things made slowly.
Things chosen deliberately.
Things that acquire meaning because they remain with us.
A home should not only look considered.
It should feel alive.
